We are currently accepting applications for Trans Mentor Project!

Trans Mentor Project is a national virtual mentoring program that pairs trans/nonbinary mentees with trans/nonbinary adult mentors. As an evidence-based program, we utilize Positive Youth Development theory to create a safe space for participants to have fun and be their authentic selves.

What to Expect:

1:1 Mentoring

Mentors and mentees connect via video meetups through our securely monitored mentoring platform. Mentors empower their mentees to lead the conversation so that each mentoring relationship is an individualized experience.

Community Connections

As a national mentoring program, mentors and mentees have the opportunity to connect with other trans and nonbinary folks in the TMP community through virtual hangouts, discussion threads, workshops, and panel discussions. TMP mentors and mentees provide input on all aspects of our programming so they get the support they need.

Trans Mentor Project Mentees

Trans Mentor Project Mentors

If you are a trans, nonbinary, intersex, gender non-conforming, or questioning adult (23+ years) interested in becoming an identity-affirming mentor to a trans/nonbinary mentee, apply here. After completing a background check, we will provide training about how to help your mentee achieve their personal goals.
